The Westmont High School PTSA is hosting a safe & sober grad night. This year it will be held on the Commodore Cruise Ship out of Alameda. Grad night is held in the evening after the graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Come and enjoy the bay with your classmates! There with be food, music, dancing, games, and other fun activities. It is a perfect time to celebrate the end of your high school years with your friends. All you have to do is buy a ticket, show up, and have fun! We will do the rest!

Q. What is Grad Night’s Purpose?
A. The primary goal of grad night is for the seniors to celebrate graduation by spending one last night together as a class. We want to keep our graduates safe on this high-risk night, so Grad Night provides a safe and sober party for all. Included in the ticket price are games, food, drinks, and entertainment throughout the evening.

Q. Who runs Grad Night?
A. There is a Grad Night committee who organize the event on behalf of the WHS PTSA. The committee is made up of parent volunteers.

Q. How is Grad Night funded?
A. The party is funded by donations, fundraising and tickets sales.

Q. What fundraising opportunities are there?
A. We do Flocking, monthly Restaurant Nights, and we encourage private and corporate donations. Please check the Westmont Bulletin and this website for updates and information.

Q. How do I buy tickets?
A. Download the forms on this page or pick up a packet in the Main Office. All forms must be filled out, and turned into Westmont’s Student Center or Westmont’s Main Office. Payments may be turned in with the forms or paid online (on this page) via PayPal. We also have a payment plan. Please see the forms for payment plan amounts and schedule.

Q. How can I help?
A. Join the committee or volunteer your time. We also welcome donations of money or prizes.
To donate money, pay online (on this page) via PayPal or send a check into the Main Office. Please make checks payable to Westmont HS PTSA. To donate a prize, email us the details at gn17.whsptsa@gmail.com

Q. What are the volunteer options?
A. Parents/family can volunteer before, during, and after the party! Email your interest to gn17.whsptsa@gmail.com

Q. Will there be food?
A. Plenty of food and drinks will be provided throughout the party.

Q. Will there be transportation?
A. Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. This is the only way to attend. Students will meet at WHS around 10:00 pm June 1st and sign in. The buses will take them to the party and will return them to WHS at approximately 4am the next morning.
