PTSA-Sponsored Events: Be Part of the Action
There’s a lot happening at Westmont—and it takes a community to make it happen.
Whether you have an hour, an afternoon, or just want to help when you can, we’d love to have you. Event volunteering is a great way to support students, connect with other Westmont families, and see the PTSA in action.
We use SignUpGenius to organize volunteers for individual events. It helps us keep track of how many people we need, see where help is still needed, and make sure we have enough volunteers on the day of the event.
When you sign up, you’ll also receive important updates and reminders as the event gets closer, so you’ll know what to expect and where your help is needed.September
Campus Beautification Fall 2026
Saturday, Sep 12 @ 8:30 am | Westmont Campus
Last year, our Warriors spent the morning tackling landscaping projects that keep our campus looking its best, including the Monarch Butterfly Garden to support local pollinators.
Students: Get your hands dirty, work alongside your friends, and help transform our campus, while earning volunteer hours!
Parents: Join us by helping guide students, coordinating projects, or pitching in with the hands-on work. Every extra set of hands makes a difference!

Homecoming Ticketing
Saturday, Sep 19 | 6-8pm | Westmont Campus
Join us behind the scenes at Homecoming by helping with student check-in, wristbands, and coat check throughout the evening. These short shifts are an easy way to support a fun, smooth, and memorable night for our students while getting involved in one of Westmont’s most popular events of the year!

Renaissance Fall 2026
Friday, Oct 16 @ 11am onward | Westmont Campus
Help us make Renaissance Day a memorable celebration for the students being recognized for their academic achievement! Volunteers will help serve food and drinks and keep things running smoothly throughout the event. Whether you can lend a hand or help provide supplies, every contribution helps us create a fun and special celebration for these deserving students.

Teacher Appreciation Breakfast
Friday, Oct 30 @ 8:30 am | Westmont Campus
Help us kick off the Teacher Appreciation Breakfast by getting the teachers’ lounge ready for a special morning! Volunteers will help set up the space and bring grab-and-go fruit for teachers to enjoy. It’s a simple way to help us create a welcoming breakfast and show our teachers how much Westmont appreciates all they do. Fruit may be dropped off the day before or by 8:00 AM on October 30.
