Grad Night 2026 FAQ


1. Where is Grad Night this year?

Grad Night 2026 will be at Boomers! Livermore on Thursday, June 4th, 2026. Graduates will enjoy 3 hours of endless entertainment – go karts, bumper boats, mini golf, laser tag, and arcade games (tickets non-redeemable for prizes). Food will be provided (menu below), as well as soft drinks and water.

2. Will we get the whole place to ourselves?

Yes – there are no other groups booked during our reserved time. 

3. Is a Grad Night ticket a part of the ASB Senior package?

No, the PTSA Grad Night is completely different from the ASB Senior package. Beginning on January 20th, Grad Night tickets can be reserved by completing our Google Form, then completing payment using the link provided at the end of the form.

4. What’s the schedule for Grad Night?

9:45pm – Check-in begins in front of the office.

10:15pm – Buses begin boarding.

10:30pm – Buses leave Westmont. DO NOT BE LATE, BUSES WILL NOT WAIT.

11:30pm – Arrive at Boomers.

3:00am – Board buses to return to Westmont.

4:00am – Buses return to Westmont. 

5. How much are the tickets?

We have 50 early bird tickets for sale at a low price of $100. This sale ends on either February 28, 2026, or when the 50 tickets are sold out – whichever comes first. early bird tickets sold out!! Regular ticket price is $140 and will be sold at this price until the tickets are sold out (approx. 150 tickets available).

6. How many graduates can go to Grad Night?

We currently have 4 buses reserved that can hold approx. 224 people. We’ll need seats for the chaperones, so there are about 200-220 seats for the graduates. There are about 400 students in the graduating class – so get your tickets early!

7. Will there be a waitlist for Grad Night 2026?

Yes – in the event we reach the capacity, a waitlist will be started. However, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to accommodate graduates on the waitlist. If we have more than 30 people on the waitlist, we may be able to secure a 5th bus. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that a bus and driver will be available, but we’ll try our best to get everyone off the waitlist.

8. What’s included in the price of a ticket?

3 hours of unlimited fun at Boomers (mini golf, go karts, bumper boats, laser tag, and arcade games (tickets non-reedemable for prizes)), transportation to and from the event, food (hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, caesar salad), and unlimited sodas.  

9. When’s the last day I can buy a ticket?

Tickets are available until May 31, 2026, or until tickets are sold out – whichever comes first.

10. Are scholarships available?

YES! When you register via the Google form, there is an option to mark the box to request a full or partial scholarship.

11. Where can I park the night of Grad Night?

Parking is located on the streets or in the student lot. Do NOT park in the office loop.

12. When do I have to return the registration form and waiver?

Beginning March 1st, those who completed their registration via the Google form will be sent a link with the waiver, conduct agreement, and medical forms. All forms must be submitted by May 31, 2026. You will NOT be allowed to board the bus if the paperwork is not submitted by this date.  

13. What should I bring / wear?

Warm clothes, closed-toe shoes. NO bags will be permitted. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. 

14. What should I leave at home?

Backpacks, big purses, or big blankets in addition to outside food or drinks. The only exception is for medical reasons.

15. Can I drive myself or my friends?

NO! Per contract, all students must be transported to and from the venue by a Westmont PTSA-approved bus. NO EXCEPTIONS.

16. Can I sit with my friends on the bus?

Yes, if the group of friends boards the bus at the same time. Once on the bus, students will receive a colored wristband that coordinates with the bus they’re on. On the return trip home, they must board the same bus.  Switching buses is NOT allowed. All buses will have bathrooms and charging stations for your phones.

17. Can I sell my ticket?

Tickets are not transferable. Refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis.

18. Do I need a physical ticket?

No. The graduate’s name will be on a list at check-in. If you have a digital receipt or confirmation letter, please bring it just to be safe.

19. Can Grad Night get canceled because of rain?

Grad Night will not be canceled due to poor weather.  The venue has both indoor and outdoor activities. Dress appropriately.  

20. What if I get hungry or thirsty?

Graduates will be treated to the Backyard Bash – hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, and Caesar salad – included in the ticket price. Soft drinks and water will be available throughout the event.

21. Will I have time to have a celebratory dinner with my family?

Absolutely! Graduation typically ends around 6:15/6:30 pm. Most families will take pictures after graduation, and the bowl empties out by 7/7:15 pm. Check-in begins at 9:45 pm and buses board at 10:15 pm. This gives families a few hours to eat and spend quality time together.
