Grad Night 2025 FAQ
1. Where is Grad Night this year?
Grad Night 2025 will be at Boomers! Livermore on Thursday, June 5th, 2025. Graduates will enjoy 3.5 hours of endless entertainment — go karts, bumper boats, mini golf, laser tag and arcade games (tickets non-redeemable for prizes). Food will also be provided as a late night snack between 12:30am – 1:30am. Drinks will be available all night.
2. Will we get the whole place to ourselves?
Yes and no. There will be another school there from 9pm – 1am. Once they leave, Boomers will be all ours until we leave at 3am.
3. Is a Grad Night ticket a part of the ASB Senior package?
No, the PTSA Grad Night is completely different from the ASB Senior package. Beginning on Feb 1st, Grad Night tickets can be purchased at: https://westmontptsa.org/events/grad-night-payment-options/
4. What’s the schedule for Grad Night?
9:45pm – Check-in begins in front of the office.
10:15pm – Buses begin boarding.
10:30pm – Buses leave Westmont. DO NOT BE LATE, BUSES WILL NOT WAIT.

5. How much are the tickets?
We have 50 early bird tickets for sale at a low price of $100 beginning on February 1.
This sale ends on either February 28, 2025 or when the 50 tickets are sold out. Regular ticket price is $140 and will be sold at this price until the tickets are sold out (approx. 150 tickets available).
6. How many graduates can go to Grad Night?
We currently have 4 buses reserved that can hold approx. 224 people. We’ll need seats for the chaperones so there’s about 200-220 seats for the graduates. There’s about 400 students in the graduating class so get your tickets early!
7. Will there be a waitlist for Grad Night 2025?
Yes, we’ll have a waitlist, but we can’t guarantee that a graduate will get off this list. If we have more than 30 people on the waitlist, we will try to get a 5th bus. Unfortunately there’s no guarantee that a bus and driver will be available, but we’ll try our best to get everyone off the waitlist.
8. What’s included in the price of a ticket?
3.5 hours of unlimited fun at Boomers (mini golf, go karts, bumper boats, laser tag, and arcade games (tickets non-redeemable for prizes)), transportation to and from the event, food (hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, caesar salad) and unlimited sodas.
